What are the studio policies? All sessions are prepaid and by appointment only. There is a 24 hour notice required to cancel without fee.
What do I wear? Comfortable, reasonably tight fitting clothing is best. You won't need shoes.
How many times a week can I do Pilates? You can do Pilates everyday if you would like. Two times per week is best for optimum results.
How long is a sessions? 55 minutes
Who can do Pilates? Pilates is great for all ages and all fitness levels. The exercises can be modified for various body types, comfort levels and physical conditions.
